Hello Selah Dolphins Families!

The wait is over—our first swim meet of the season is TOMORROW! 🐬💙 We are so excited to kick off another fun summer of swimming!

Meet Information

• Swimmers ages 13 & Up: Warm-ups begin at 5:20 PM
• Swimmers ages 12 & Under: Warm-ups begin at 5:40 PM
• Volunteers: Please check in by 6:00 PM
• Meet Starts: 6:30 PM

A HUGE thank you to everyone who signed up to volunteer! All volunteer positions are filled—AWESOME!! We couldn't host these meets without all of you.

🚨 Important Meet Registration Reminder

Meet sign-up will close at 7:00 AM tomorrow morning. If your swimmer is planning to attend the meet, please make sure they are registered before the deadline. Once registration closes, swimmers cannot be added to the meet.

Also, there will NOT be swim practice tomorrow due to the swim meet.

🏊♀️ Meet-Day Reminders

• Bring more than one towel—you'll be glad you did!
• Pack warm clothes (sweatshirt and sweatpants are a great idea) for your swimmer to change into between events, as tomorrow's weather is looking a bit chilly.
• Concessions will be available, but we also encourage families to pack water and plenty of snacks to keep swimmers fueled throughout the evening.

Most importantly, come ready to cheer loud, have fun, and support all of our Dolphins! We can't wait to see our swimmers show off all of their hard work and kick off an amazing season together.
