Good afternoon, parents.

Please take a moment to review your swimmer's registration for the upcoming AAU meet.  

1) Entries need to be marked in Swimtopia.  If you are only attending one day, please go back into the "sign up for meet" and make a note regarding relay availability, so the coaches can assign the relay slots.  

2) Visit the "Shop" on Swimtopia and pay the entry fee for each race your child is swimming.

3) If you have questions or concerns, please contact me or another Board member before 9 p.m. tonight.  Entries, payments, and relay selections all need to be completed by 11:30 p.m. tonight.  (The coaches would appreciate final entries and payments prior to tonight's meet as it will most likely run past the 11:30 p.m. deadline.  They will be busy coaching and not have time to sort through AAU registration and questions.)
