Good evening parents! We wanted to remind you to contact your swimmer’s coach if your swimmer will be unable to attend a meet. You may select “Not Attending” or “Unavailable for Relays” up until 7am the day of the meet. If you have missed the window for that please reach out to your swimmer’s coach via text or email.

Relay spots are assigned the morning of the meet based on the swimmers who are signed up for the meet. Last minute changes can be difficult on the coaches and the teammates. It also prolongs the meet.

We understand scheduling conflicts, emergencies and happenstance can interfere with our plans. Please use our website to access the coaches’ emails. You may also text a member of the board if that is more convenient.
