Hi Dolphins!

The Selah Aquatic Center is FINALLY open!  We are able to allow water exercise (lap swimming, water walking, lap swimming, Wateraerobics) and group and private swim lessons. One of the classes we are offering is Competitive Stroke classes. These will be groups of 5 or fewer. These classes are Monday-Friday for 1 week. Each day is 55 minutes and we will be focusing on starts and turns, improving stroke technique using drills for each of the competitive strokes and improving conditioning. The cost is $55 and there will be three options: 8:30am, 9:30am, and 10:30am. Sign up at Selahaquaticcenter.org.
